Delivery- payment and order terms
Most of our products are imported by Verho- ja mattopalvelu Vema Oy.
Samples/ Colours
When requested we lend samples so the customer can decide on the colour.
We deliver a few samples for free. It is up to Verho- ja mattopalvelu Vema to decide how many samples we can deliver. The samples have to be returned. In Finland we add a paid return envelope with the sample.
Delivered samples must be returend within 1 week. Personally delivered samples the cost is on the customer and samples delivered by mail in return envelope.
Not returned samples are invoiced 35,00 eur/sample.
The customer accepts the colour of the products on the web page, if not sample is requested by the customer.
Due to the wide product range, we don´t keep stock.
Delivery time for products varies between 2-4 weeks.
Total prices are given for each product except price/m2 for ex. carpets where possible cost for borders must be separately calculated.
Installation service separately ordered is possible in the Helsinki region.
Payment methods net bank payment and credit cards.



In the web store the following Internet payment methodsare possible: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Sampo, Tapiola, Aktia, Nooa, Paikallisosuuspankit, Säästöpankit, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken and credit cards. Payments are delivered through Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy. Also bank transfer is possible in advance with the information given in the order confirmation sent by email after the web order.
Methods of payment
Payments by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard
If you would like to pay by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Verho- ja mattopalvelu Vema Oy will act solely as the marketer of the respective products and services and will provide the products to the buyer. All complaints and claims for payment transaction compensation will be handled by Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy.With regard to payments made by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy acts as the merchant of the product and the trade transaction takes place between the customer and Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy. The seller is liable to meet all the responsibilities related to the trade and payment transactions. Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy is also the visible recipient of the payment.

Online banks
Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy (FI21228397) provides the financial and payment service for online payment in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy buys the payment and disburses it to the seller. For the customer the service functions like a conventional online payment.Other payment methods
- Bank transfer/ order confirmation for private persons after order and payment before delivery (ready made products).
Bank transfer/ order confirmation for special size products (carpets in own size) efter order and payment within 6 days net.
Tailor made special size products go to production only after payment. Delivery time depending on product and stock situation 2-4 weeks.
Not paid orders are deleted from our system if payment not received. - Invoice to companies after credit information check, payment term 8 days net from delivery.

Prices
All prices incl. VAT 22% and delivery costs. All costs are given before payment, no costs will be added afterwards. The delivery cost varies depending on to which country the product is delivered.
Delivery
In Finland: Orders over 100 euro is free home delivered. Delivery usually through Matkahuolto. Note! For blinds the free delivered limit is 150 euros.
For orders under 100 euro a delivery cost of 15 euros will be added.
We keep the right to change prices. However, we commit to the price given on the order date.
If the customer chooses to pick the package up himself, he must inform Verho- ja mattopalvelu Vema Oy. This does not erase the delivery cost.
For other countries the freight cost and free delivered will vary countrywise.
Order cancellation
According to Finnish Customer Laws the buyer has 14 day right to return or change the product delivered.
Return and change right does not apply to:
- Tailor made or cut special size products produced for the customer, for ex. carpets, blinds etc.
- Opened and used products.
- if not colour sample requested and intent to return the product. This applies only to tailor made special size products.
Exceptions are all freight damaged goods. The buyer has then to remark the damage on the freight note when product is delivered. The package must not be opened.
All our ready made products have return- and change right.
These products are priced euro/piece.
The buyer must inform Verho- ja mattopalvelu Vema Oy within 14 days about the return/change. The buyer returns the product on his own expense. We recommend that expensive products are being insured for transport.
Remember that when returnin/changing:
- Package must be unopened
- Product must be unused
- If damaged in transport, note must be made on freight note.
